About Quiet Waters Collective

Quiet Waters Collective is a community-based therapy practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most difficult experiences. Rooted in trauma-informed, compassionate care, our work honors your story, your pace, and your strengths.

We believe meaningful healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. Through a personalized and collaborative approach, we create a space where you feel understood, supported, and supported as you move toward lasting change. Quiet Waters Collective reflects a deep commitment to thoughtful, client-centered care. 

We strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. We view therapy as a collaborative process, offering insight, tools, and support to help clients better understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

Our approach at Quiet Waters Collective integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy, along with elements of ACT and Motivational Interviewing.

Andrea Heard

Licensed Professional Counselor 

Andrea holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and brings experience across a range of inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. She takes a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, helping clients process experiences, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Lauren Stack

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor 

Lauren completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She has worked with diverse populations including children, families, domestic violence survivors, and individuals experiencing trauma-related stressors. Lauren takes a compassionate, trauma-informed approach focused on creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools for growth and healing.

Angela Phillips

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Angela is a compassionate licensed social worker with experience supporting adults across mental health, healthcare, and community-based settings, including those experiencing trauma, severe mental illness, substance use challenges, and major life transitions. Angela’s collaborative, client-centered approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, with a strong focus on resilience, empowerment, and creating a supportive space where clients feel heard and respected.
