About Us

Quiet Waters Collective is a community-based therapy practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most difficult experiences. Rooted in trauma-informed, compassionate care, our work honors your story, your pace, and your strengths.
We believe meaningful healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. Through a personalized and collaborative approach, we create a space where you feel understood, supported, and supported as you move toward lasting change. Quiet Waters Collective reflects a deep commitment to thoughtful, client-centered care.
We strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. We view therapy as a collaborative process, offering insight, tools, and support to help clients better understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
Our approach at Quiet Waters Collective integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy, along with elements of ACT and Motivational Interviewing.
