
Lauren Stack, LAPC
Lauren earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She has experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, families, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals experiencing trauma, housing instability, and complex family system challenges. Throughout her work, Lauren has developed strong skills in crisis intervention, assessment, and supporting clients as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns during times of significant stress.
Lauren's therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and trauma-informed care. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. By integrating multicultural awareness with evidence-based practices, Lauren helps clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster lasting growth and overall well-being.
Lauren is currently accepting new clients and provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families ages 5 and older.
