Angela is a compassionate and dedicated licensed social worker with experience supporting adults across mental health, healthcare, and community-based settings. She has worked with individuals experiencing trauma, severe mental illness, substance use challenges, and major life transitions, bringing strong clinical expertise in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, biopsychosocial assessment, and psychotherapy. Her background includes providing care in acute mental health settings, helping clients navigate periods of crisis, build effective coping skills, stabilize symptoms, and identify meaningful next steps in their treatment.
Angela's therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is committed to fostering resilience, promoting equity, and creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
Angela is currently accepting new clients and has availability on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings.
